How to make preserved lemon recipe?

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

2. Squeeze lemon & lime to get enough juice.

3. Cut lemon into quarters without cutting all the way through the base.

4. Spinkle lemon with salt.

5. Pour enough lemon juice and lime juice to cover the lemon. Seal the container for at least 3 weeks.
