How to make beef bolognese recipe?
1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.
2. To the boiling water, add olive oil and salt.
3. Add the spaghetti in the boiling water and let it cook.
4. Drain the pasta once it is al dente.
5. Chop the carrots and celery into small pieces.
6. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic cloves.
7. Cut the beef sausage into small coin sized pieces.
8. Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add chopped garlic cloves, onion, carrots and celery. Sauté until it is fragrant and soft.
9. Add the beef ground, stir and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
10. Then add the beef sausage and stir until it is cooked well.
11. Add tomato paste, salt, black pepper ground, bay leaves, thyme and fresh parsley. Stir well.
12. To this, add the marinara sauce and water. Bring it to a boil and turn off the heat.
13. To serve, place the sauce over the cooked pasta.
14. Top it with fresh parsley & parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
