How to make SHRIMP CAJUN SPICED KEBAB RECIPE recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirement under Change Serving. We recommend you set it prior to the start.

2. Cut the bell peppers into cubes & discard the seeds.

3. Slice the zucchini into small pieces.

4. Cut the pineapple & onion into cubes.

5. To de-vein the shrimp, take a knife & cut along the back ridge of the shrimp to reach the vein and pull it out.

6. In a skewer, thread vegetables & shrimp alternately. Continue to do the same for the remaining skewers.

7. To prepare the spice rub, in a bowl combine together sugar, salt, onion powder & garlic powder.

8. Add old bay seasoning, paprika, dried thyme leaves and cayenne.

9. Arrange the threaded skewers in the board & sprinkle the spice rub on both sides.

10. Heat the grill pan & place the skewers. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes each side or until cooked properly.

11. Serve hot.
