How to make PUDINA PANEER TIKKA RECIPE recipe

1. The ingredients quantity can be set as per your serving requirements. We recommend you set it before you start cooking.

2. Cut the paneer and capsicum into desired cut

3. Cut Capsicum

4. Cut tomato into desired shape and size.

5. For the marinade, in a blender or food processor, add yogurt, mint, coriander and salt.

6. Then add fenugreek leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste and chaat masala powder. Blend this.

7. Finally add the green chillies and blend it for a second.

8. In a Large Bowl, add chopped capsicum, tomato and paneer.

9. Pour in the pudina marinade and carefully fold the vegetables. Set this aside for two hours.

10. Thread paneer and vegetables alternately onto skewers.

11. Grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked properly.

12. Serve warm.
